At PoisePup we want you to be 100% satisfied. Please double check your sizing to save time and money.

We believe in our products and know that you will love them too! If for any reason you would like to return your product(s), please note the following criteria:

  • Items must be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Package must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery
  • All items must be brand new, unwashed, and hair-free
  • Include your receipt or invoice
  • For U.S. customers, please use USPS to return the item(s), as other couriers do not ship to PO Boxes

Once return is received, inspected, and approved based on our policy above, please allow 5-7 days for processing. Credit will be automatically applied to your original form of payment.
Any items marked as FINAL SALE cannot be returned or exchanged.
